CONDITION OF FETURES AND NEWBORNS FROM WOMEN WITH INFERTILITY TREATED WITH ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND WITH CONCOMITANT INTRAHEPATIC CHOLESTASIS

The aim: Improving the effects of pregnancy on fetus and newborn through early diagnosis timely comprehensive therapy pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis. Materials methods: We have conducted a complex examination 60 who got owing to assisted reproductive technologies, concomitant cholestasis, 20 practically healthy physiological course labor (reference group), aged between 18 42. research did not involve chronic liver diseases, viral hepatitis, skin diseases. Womens underwent suggested drug Ursofalc, L-arginine Omega 3, peroral administration for 14 days according following scheme: Ursofalc – 250 mg once day, 5 ml 3 times 1 capsule day. IHC was before after treatment. analyzed data anamnesis, carried out anthropometric measurements, clinical biochemical examinations IHC, including measurement levels alanine aminotransferase, aspartate total direct bilirubin, placental alkaline phosphatase, leucine aminopeptidase, 5’-nucleotidase, cholic, deoxycholic chenodeoxycholic acids as wells their level. Results: Almost 40 % cholestasis gave birth babies asphyxia, severe one in 11.1 cases, 1/3 newborns were premature, 40% had signs hypotrophy, 66.7 experienced disturbed neonatal adaptation. There also higher level perinatal mortality. from undergone presented no cases prenatal infection or cerebral circulation disorder. Conclusions: Thus, functional hepatic disorders infertility play certain role carrying ART, development complications adverse consequences newborns. shows that makes it possible influence pathogenesis improve newborn.
